If not a competent instructor and just a nice girl Amy Blackburn will teach you the basic movements and ligaments, consistently adding new ones, going from simple to complex, without pausing for a moment. She explains very lucidly and pleasant atmosphere in the studio. I liked that the program includes movements that carry the male dancers (so called dancing boots) (remember Woody Harelsona in The Cowboy Way ?) ..
